It includes a variety of meats like chicken, fish, shrimp beef and pork as well as a wide variety of veggies like kale, cauliflower, beets, carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, spinach and more.

Our keto meal plan comes with no starchy carbohydrates and also includes a higher ratio of healthy fats from sources such as avocados, nuts and seeds to substitute for the lack of carbs.
