4 oz wild caught Mahi | 1/2 cup steamed brown rice | 4 oz roasted green beans


Heat Instructions: 
Place meal in an oven safe dish. Heat at 400 degrees for 5-6 minutes. Serve on a plate & enjoy. To heat in the microwave, leave meal in microwave-safe tray. Heat on high for 3 minutes. Serve & enjoy.
